PAYMENT

Self-Pay Clients

Clients always have the option of bypassing insurance and paying directly for services.  This is known as "self-pay." 

Insurance Clients

Synchronicity Counseling Solutions currently participates ("in network") in the following health insurance provider networks:

  • Aetna - Eccker, Braun

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Blue Access, Blue Access Choice, Blue Preferred and Traditional) - Eccker, Braun

  • HealthLink - Eccker, Braun

  • Medicare - Eccker, Braun

For clients using "in network" insurance coverage, only your co-pay/co-insurance is due at time of service.

For clients using "out of network" insurance coverage, we are happy to file with the insurance company for services rendered which will be reimbursed according to the plans' out-of-network criteria.  Clients will be responsible for full payment at time of service.

FEES

Normal & Customary Rates

Base rates for counseling and psychotherapy vary according to the length of time per session.

 

In accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics, a sliding-fee scale commensurate with ability to pay is available to those who qualify.  Please contact us for more details.  The sliding fee scale is only available to self-pay clients (those not using insurance).
